CASP is starting a new pilot Estate Management Clinic with South Dublin County Council (SDCC) to give tenants a friendly space to chat about any issues that might be affecting their tenancy.

You can drop in (without an appointment) to:

Get advice and support from SDCC

Be linked in with the right people in SDCC who can help

It’s free, private, and all about helping you keep your tenancy on track.

Morning Clinics – Wednesdays, 10:00–11:00 AM

15th Oct | 12th Nov | 10th Dec | 7th Jan (plus four more dates in 2026)

Evening Clinics – Tuesdays, 6:30–7:30 PM

28th Oct | 25th Nov | 6th Jan (plus five more dates in 2026)

Where: CASP building, Fonthill Rd., Clondalkin, D22P959

When: Every second week (pilot for 4–6 weeks, with a view to continue)

If you’re an SDCC tenant and need a bit of advice or just someone to talk things through with, come along — you don’t need to be using CASP services already.
